- Lead the implementation of a patient‑centric model, engaging with physicians, staff, clinics, and hospitals
- Develop and maintain strategic long‑term relationships with Centers of Excellence (COEs), academic institutions, and health systems
- Provide education and support to healthcare providers on resources available for rare disease patients
- Execute strategic business and account plans based on brand understanding and local market conditions
- Navigate complex hospital settings to access targeted healthcare providers and maintain relationships within the payer landscape
- BS/BA degree AND 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sales, including 5+ years calling on prescribers of specialized products
- Proven sales performance with documented accomplishments in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech markets
- Experience in rare diseases preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Master's degree preferred AND 6+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience calling on Key Accounts and COEs
- Endocrine experience strongly preferred
- Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution models
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret sales data to identify business opportunities
