ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), behavior technicians are responsible for the direct application of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction treatment plans. Behavior Technicians will also gather data. We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and driven clinical professionals to work with our clients.
QualificationsRequired:
- Candidates with a current/active RBT certification preferred
- Required Availability - After school hours
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous experience with children and/or adolescents, personal and/or professional experience with autism, the field of ABA, or any adjacent field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have valid reliable transportation
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
Preferred:
- Registered Behavior Technician certification
- Direct experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
- 1-year ABA experience
Multiple locations (we offer in-home services, so the location is dependent upon the client).
Compensation and SchedulePay: $27-$31 per hour. Job Type: Full-time and Part-time.
Schedule:
After school, Evening shift, Monday to Friday. COVID-19 considerations:
