Case Management Manager Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in case management

• Experience in an acute hospital or clinical healthcare setting required

• At least 1 year of overall healthcare experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA – Boston healthcare jobs

• Lead and supervise the case management team to ensure high-quality patient care and effective discharge planning
