- Must have Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
Job Requirements
- 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, night shift.
Schedule Information
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Unit Specific Information
- MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding.
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date, updated annually.
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break.
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date.
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for onboarding.
- MGB Education Verification required for onboarding.
- MGB SSN Trace required for onboarding.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
- MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
