Perform endoscopy procedures and assist with related tasks in a hospital setting.
Job Details
- Must have professional license/certification verification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required.
- Documentation of personal health history including MMR, Influenza Vaccine (required during flu season Sept 15th - April 30th), TB Test within 3 months of start date, Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required for skill.
- MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in Skillset.
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
- MGB Education Verification must verify highest level education achieved.
- MGB SSN Trace must be run with Criminal check.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check run within 30 days of start and updated annually.
- MGB Exclusion Checks run within 30 days of start and annually.
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
Job Requirements
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Schedule Information
- Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines required.
- Proof of immunity via blood test acceptable for MMR and Hepatitis
B. - Hepatitis B vaccine strongly preferred but optional.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season with no exemptions.
- TB skin test or blood test required within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Health statement signed by a licensed provider required within 365 days of start date.
- Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration.
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
- Fit test must be completed on the MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form.
- No religious exemptions for vaccines or fit testing.
