- Identify and implement solutions to problems affecting team performance and efficiency
- Conduct performance appraisals, monitor staff activities, and facilitate training programs
- Prepare service level metrics and provide summaries to leadership, making recommendations for improvements
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in revenue management or related functions
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and coordinate team activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in a complex multi‑entity healthcare organization or large revenue cycle services
- Prior supervisory or team leader experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and summaries
- Effective communication skills to support customer service and expedite revenue cycle processes
- Demonstrated ability to act in alignment with organizational mission and values
