What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage teams within revenue cycle operations, ensuring optimal performance and productivity
  • Provide guidance and direction to achieve goals related to customer service and financial performance
  • Identify and implement solutions to problems affecting team performance and efficiency
  • Conduct performance appraisals, monitor staff activities, and facilitate training programs
  • Prepare service level metrics and provide summaries to leadership, making recommendations for improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in revenue management or related functions
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and coordinate team activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a complex multi‑entity healthcare organization or large revenue cycle services
  • Prior supervisory or team leader experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and summaries
  • Effective communication skills to support customer service and expedite revenue cycle processes
