Job Details
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Influenza Vaccine (required during flu season Sept 15 - April 30), TB Test within 3 months of start date, Health Statement within 365 days of start date.
- Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually.
- Criminal background checks including MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date, Massachusetts CORI within 30 days prior to start date, National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually, Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
- Two recent references required for submission, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.
Job Requirements
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10 hour overnight shifts from 9 PM to 7 AM.
Schedule Information
- No religious exemptions considered for Fit Test.
- No exemptions or waivers (religious/medical) for Influenza Vaccine requirement.
- Fit Test must be completed on the MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form available in Document Library.
- Fit testing cannot be done onsite at any location except updates at Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket if traveler extends beyond original assignment due to limited resources.
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation after positive test.
