MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Dayshift | Full Time (40 Hours)

Wage: $16/hour

No weekends. No evenings. No on-call shifts!

Sevita’s Adult Day Health Facility is seeking a talented and dedicated Dietary and Food Aide to join our team in Dorchester. We’re looking for an individual with experience in the food service industry who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in assisting with creating delicious, nutritious meals, and providing meal service for the individuals we serve.

• Assist with meal preparation, inventory, and meal servce.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
• Monitor and minimize food waste.
• Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards comply with local regulations and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred related experience in food service or culinary work

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Working knowledge of health and safety standards and kitchen best practices.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative.
