In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. Bilingual opportunities are available. Check out our new rates and incentives.

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to address youth behavioral needs.
• Deliver competent mental health services to individuals and families with varied difficulties.

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle

• Optional 4 Day work week available. Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday

• Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000;
  Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity
• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
