Certification Details
- Searching for two additional ED Boarder Medical/Surgical RN travelers for a 2/9 (preferred) or a 2/23 start.
- Straight nights, 3x12, every other week (EOW).
Job Details
- Must have a professional nursing license valid in Massachusetts (no conditional licenses accepted).
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
- Must have documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Influenza vaccine during flu season, TB test within 3 months of start date, Hepatitis B (strongly preferred), Tdap vaccine within 10 years (preferred).
- Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually; no religious exemptions.
- Physician health statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Criminal background checks including Massachusetts CORI, national sex offender check, exclusion checks, and SSN trace required within specified time frames.
- Must submit MGB skills checklist, resume with past 7 years of work experience, and 2 recent references (minimum 1 supervisor or above).
- Must complete MGB confirmation of assignment/POI form upon acceptance of assignment and for extensions.
- Education verification required to confirm highest level of education achieved.
Job Requirements
- Straight night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, every other week schedule.

- Position is for ED Boarder Medical/Surgical unit.
Unit Specific Information
- MGB IRP Resume and Evaluation are optional for submission.
- License/Certificate verification is optional for submission but required for onboarding.
- MGB Badge photo required for onboarding with specific photo guidelines.
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required.
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.
