BCBA; In Home Services

Overview

This is a part-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role is based in Boston, South Shore, and North Shore areas. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing direct therapy sessions. Additional duties include training and educating parents, supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

The role requires meticulous data collection and analysis to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Conduct behavior assessments.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct therapy sessions.
• Train and educate parents.
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensure meticulous data collection and analysis to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Skills in Parent Education and Collaboration.
• Background in Psychology and Behavior Management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Boston area.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Current LABA certification.
• Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disorders is a plus.
