5 years of Surgical Tech experience preferred.

• Precept staff to the surgical technician job duties, including surgical technicians, nurses, and students

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Surgical Technician Certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• 5 years of Surgical Technician experience preferred.
• NBSTSA certification
• Staff adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. Standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Case Review
• Helps develop and maintain a sustainable onboarding and orientation pipeline for new surgical technologists and surgical technology students.
