- Massachusetts license in Radiology and Mammography required before start date
Job Requirements
- Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Every other Saturday rotating shift
Schedule Information
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required
- Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
- TB test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Physician health statement required within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is needed
- Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission
- Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- Education verification through background check company
- Social Security Number trace required with criminal check
- National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually
- Exclusion checks within 30 days of start and annually
- Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission
