Through our partnership with Boston Public Schools (BPS), we provide in-school ABA services to students in the East Boston area who need extra support to thrive. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, meaningful connections, and focused clinical work—without billables, assessments, or administrative overload.

• Part-time, hourly, in-person role
• $95-105 per hour
• No billable hour requirements
• No assessments or paperwork burden
• No work on school holidays or snow days
• Daytime school-hour schedule
• Services located in East Boston

• Deliver in-school ABA services for BPS students needing supplemental or non-traditional support
• Collaborate with school teams and families to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians as needed
• Focus on quality outcomes and meaningful progress—not productivity metrics

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Massachusetts LBA license (required)
• Experience working in home or school-based settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
