Job SummaryThe Pharmacy Technician assists Pharmacists with daily tasks, including filling and labeling prescriptions, interacting with customers, and notifying them when prescriptions are ready.
Job Responsibilities- Stock, prepare, andამართლ- distribute medications.
- Greet and assist patients and staff professionally.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, place orders, verify receipt, and remove expired drugs; ensure separation of 340B inventories as applicable.
- Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Adhere to infection‑control policies and protocols to protect patients and employees.
- Prepare medication labels and calculate quantities for pharmacist dispensing.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer‑service Hungary.
- 1–3 years as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Ability to manage multipleminton, prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent oral, written, and verbal communication.
- Initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision‑making to meet objectives.
- Quick learner with a customer‑service mindset.
- Familiarity with the 340B program.
- Familiarity with adherence packaging and home delivery.
- Familiarity with the Mass Health ACO program and Federally Qualified Health sofern Centrum.
- Experience with anti‑racism activities and/or lived experience with racism.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalentצע.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer‑service setting.
- Light work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects. The.cm includes light stationary tasks and periods of standing or moving throughout the pharmacy and health center.
