- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant state(s).
- Experience with prescription dispensing and knowledge of state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of retail pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, verification, records, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, software systems and insurance.
