We are a prestigious Plastic Surgery and Medspa practice with offices in Boston and Chelmsford, seeking a polished, articulate, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our Boston team.
This role focuses on phone and digital communication, serving as a key liaison between patients and our clinical staff. You'll manage scheduling, inquiries, and patient coordination with the same warmth and professionalism that define our in-office experience.

- Confirm appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate patient information
- Support the Boston front office with patient check-ins, check-outs, and administrative duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with the Chelmsford and Boston teams to ensure a seamless, elevated patient journey
- Exceptional phone etiquette—warm, articulate, and confident in handling luxury clientele
- Experience in aesthetics, luxury hospitality, or high-end customer service strongly preferred
- Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with scheduling and EMR/CRM systems;
Microsoft Office proficiency required - Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Multilingual skills a plus
