• Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
• Represent Medtronic CAS during ablation procedures to provide troubleshooting and other technical assistance.
• Receive technical inquiries from customers and research solutions to questions or problems (e.g., catheter, console, generator support).
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to AFS products and procedures.
• Conduct one‑on‑one training sessions, in‑service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums.
• Assist RM and the field training department in educating/training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers.
• Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
• Update sales representatives regarding procedures and immediately notify the Account Manager of any issues requiring follow‑up.
• Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding products, service and support.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand national, regional, and territory sales objectives; work in partnership with the Account Manager to achieve or exceed goals.

• High School diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, cath‑lab setting, or cardiac sales.
• Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the same fields.
• Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of experience in the same fields.

• Preference for local qualified candidates and those with Medtronic experience.
• B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with at least four years’ experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Pacing school/ATI‑like training program in addition to BQs.
• Proven track record with technical training assignments.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.

• Exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
• Required to be within assigned territory each day; occasional outside‑territory and overnight travel may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance; driving record reviewed.
• Ability to move freely throughout the facility, use a phone, keyboard and mouse, and interact with personal computers.
• Must stand/sit/walk for up to 8 hours daily.
• Travel up to 80% of the time, including within and outside territory.

Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms, advancing innovation for diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias to enable superior outcomes.

• Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 (U.S., excl. PR).
