Primary Responsibilities- Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
- Represent Medtronic CAS during ablation procedures to provide troubleshooting and other technical assistance.
- Receive technical inquiries from customers and research solutions to questions or problems (e.g., catheter, console, generator support).
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to AFS products and procedures.
- Conduct one‑on‑one training sessions, in‑service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums.
- Assist RM and the field training department in educating/training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers.
- Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
- Update sales representatives regarding procedures and immediately notify the Account Manager of any issues requiring follow‑up.
- Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding products, service and support.
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
- Understand national, regional, and territory sales objectives; work in partnership with the Account Manager to achieve or exceed goals.

Minimum Requirements- High School diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, cath‑lab setting, or cardiac sales.
- Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the same fields.
- Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of experience in the same fields.
- Preference for local qualified candidates and those with Medtronic experience.
- B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with at least four years’ experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
- Pacing school/ATI‑like training program in addition to BQs.
- Proven track record with technical training assignments.
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
Job Requirements
- Exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
- Required to be within assigned territory each day; occasional outside‑territory and overnight travel may be required.
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance; driving record reviewed.
- Ability to move freely throughout the facility, use a phone, keyboard and mouse, and interact with personal computers.
- Must stand/sit/walk for up to 8 hours daily.
- Travel up to 80% of the time, including within and outside territory.

Benefits & Compensation- Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 (U.S., excl. PR).
