Section Leader, MRI

We're searching for an MRI Section Leader, someone who's ready to be part of a team who delivers high-quality, advanced medical care. In this position, you'll play a key leadership role overseeing daily MRI operations across multiple sites and driving the strategic growth of one of our most essential imaging services. Reporting to the Director of Imaging Services, you'll partner closely with the Medical Director, technologists, and hospital teams to elevate patient care, optimize workflows, and support organizational goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Leads and manages MRI services across several locations
• Provides strategic direction and contributes to long-term service development
• Collaborates closely with clinical and operational leaders to enhance patient care, quality, safety, and efficiency
• Serves as a resource and mentor for MRI staff, fostering growth, engagement, and teamwork
• Ensures the highest standards of compliance, performance, and patient experience

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology or an approved MRI program accredited by ARRT
• Bachelor's or master's degree in science, business, public health, or healthcare administration preferred
• 2 years of MRI experience required
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in MRI preferred

  Certifications:
• ARRT(MR) or MRI certification required (or obtained within 1 year of hire)
• ARMRIT accepted in lieu of ARRT(MR)
• BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification required
