Premiums Paid For- Non‑English language capacity
- Experience
- Select clinical specialties
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Independent clinical license within 2 years of start date.
- Current license in Massachusetts is a plus.
- Excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to manage own schedule and conduct client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
- Must be able to provide services in‑office.

Full‑time salary: $59,000 – $67,000.
Incentive rate: $60 per hour over productivity.
