We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our client's team in Salem, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a current PA MA License or the ability to obtain reciprocity in the state, at least one year of experience working as a licensed PA in an ambulatory setting (CHC experience preferred but not required!), a high level of commitment to continuous improvement, and preferably fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment plans in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and assist with patient follow-up care as needed
• Assist with the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on the latest advances in healthcare

Requirements

• Current PA MA License or the ability to obtain reciprocity in the state
• At least one year of experience working as a licensed PA in an ambulatory setting (CHC experience preferred but not required!)
• High level of commitment to continuous improvement
• Fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Experience working with EPIC (EMR)
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in other departments/locations within the organization
