Education/Experience:
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in clinical documentation and internet navigation
Licenses:
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant

Occupational Therapy Assistant
Summary: Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining professional conduct, and adhering to all regulations. Responsibilities include treatment planning, supervision of rehab techs, case management, and building rapport with patients and facilities.
Essential Duties:
- Optimize patients' functional abilities under OT supervision
- Develop and strengthen the occupational therapy assistant program
- Enhance clinical and management skills through interactions and continuing education
- Maintain valid state license and stay informed on professional issues
- Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and appropriate delivery methods
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively in English
