Join our Financial Operations team as a Client Account Specialist. This role can be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, New York or Washington, D.C. Locations

It's an exciting time to join our Global Client Accounts team. You will work closely with attorneys and their clients on billing, e‑billing, and collections.

• Produce timely and accurate bills for clients, including e‑bills, and perform specific billing and e‑billing tasks and projects.
• Manage quality control, deadlines, timely reporting on billing status, and thoroughly analyze special billing arrangements.
• Act as a resource for internal clients and colleagues, troubleshoot procedural issues, and assist the systems team with upgrades and testing.
• May directly support assigned billing attorneys in the full cycle of account management, including account set up, billing and collection arrangements, and inventory management.

• Minimum of two years in law firm or professional services billing. Large law firm experience preferred.
• Strong financial systems skills (Elite 3E, eBilling
  
  Hub).
• Experience working with multi‑currency bills is a plus.
• Ability to understand and analyze billing information and historical data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with high accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside the firm.

Salary ranges vary by city:
New York, San Francisco: $70k–$92k;
Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, Washington, D.C.: $67k–$87k. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonus, overtime, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO.
