The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests to rest, relax and regain balance and harmony.
• Set up the treatment rooms according to procedures and dispose of laundry in a timely basis.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
• Ensure all professional stock is used in compliance with PAR levels to reduce product waste.
• Begin and end treatments at the published times and ensure correct procedures are followed for all treatments.
• Relay product and service benefits to clients with confidence.
• Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties required by management.

• Current State Massage License
• 1 year of minimum experience in massage therapy
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and appearance
