We are offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for new hires who accept a full‑time offer. The bonus will be paid out $5,000 upon successful completion of 90 days of employment and $5,000 after 12 months from the date of hire.

• Full‑time: 40 hrs/week, Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑5:30 pm

• Assist surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures and ensure a safe, smooth operation of the operating room.
• Prepare the operating room, set up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Transport patients to the operating room, position them, and maintain their safety and comfort.
• Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to the surgical team during procedures.
• Follow proper sterilization techniques to maintain sterility of instruments and supplies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including counts of sponges, sharps, and instruments used.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other team members.
• Assist in preparing the surgical site with sterile drapes and solutions.
• Secure and manage surgical drains and catheters as directed by the surgeon.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• BLS Certification (preferred)
• CST certification (preferred)
• Experience as a Surgical Technologist: 0–1 year required, 1–2 years preferred

• Knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques.
• Familiarity with surgical equipment and OR technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Calm under pressure, able to handle stressful situations during surgeries.
• Understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety measures.

Hourly rate: $27.84 – $39.84
