Join the beauty retail division of CVS Health as a licensed beauty sales consultant. You’ll share the latest beauty trends and techniques through paid beauty services and personalized product advice, ensuring a world‑class customer experience.

• Seek out customers to ensure a world‑class beauty advisor experience.
• Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, productive upselling, and suggestive selling.
• Engage customers in conversation to stimulate different thought processes, confidently using verbal skills to generate sales.
• Be the brand expert by answering detailed product questions to maximize the sales basket.
• Engage customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs, and in‑store events, explaining current promotions to close the sale.
• Represent both CVS and partner brands, upholding the highest standards of service.
• Perform all ear‑piercing services and other applicable services in all stores.
• Pass proficiency assessments before performing services in store.
• Educate customers by demonstrating product usage, highlighting benefits, and driving purchase conversion.
• Manage time effectively between consultations, scheduled services, and walk‑in clients.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials supporting key brand, corporate, and local advertising.
• Maintain a clean and stocked zone, complying with hygiene standards and sanitation policies.
• Complete ongoing sales, brand, and paid service execution training in a timely manner.
• Display a valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license during all working hours at all locations.

• Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the applicable state.
• Active license displayed during all working hours.
• Must perform ear‑piercing services in all stores and all other services offered.
• Pass all required skills assessments and training courses for paid services.
• Ability to use sales data and product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Goal‑driven with the ability to multitask.
• Independent work and team collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work flexible retail schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, peak hours).
• Required to be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications – Prior beauty sales experience with a strong passion for beauty.

• Stand for extended periods and move throughout the store, including stocking and facing product displays.
• Able to stoop, kneel or crouch, and reach or grasp objects on lower shelves.
• Able to perform duties requiring manual dexterity (hair styling, makeup applications, ear piercing).
• Physical abilities to support the required qualifications listed above.

Education – High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours – 40 hours.

Time Type – Full time.

Pay Range – $16.00 – $26.00 hourly.
