Salary Grade: $62,525.00 – $81,175.00 (Grade 47)
The Emergency Management Planner supports the institution’s resilience and safety by coordinating efforts to prepare, respond to, and recover from emergencies. Reporting to the Executive Director of Emergency Management, the Planner maintains and updates emergency plans and annexes, assists with hazard and risk assessments, supports drills and exercises, gathers data and feedback, and collaborates with campus units and external partners.
Additional responsibilities include emergency communication and notification activities, ensuring readiness and clarity during incidents. The Planner also serves as the Clery Committee Coordinator, managing committee logistics, gathering and organizing crime and disciplinary data, supporting Campus Security Authority (CSA) training, and assisting with timely Clery Act reporting and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1‑3 years of related work experience.
