Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Understanding agile methodologies like ability to effectively facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives is fundamental.
- Functional / Domain Skills (Asset Management)
- Asset Management business processes (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office)
- Investment products:
Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs - Portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes
- NAV calculation, fund accounting, and performance & attribution
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge (SEC, FINRA, AML, KYC, ESG reporting)
- Asset management platforms and data (Order Management Systems, Market Data, Reference Data)
- The Project Manager will lead and deliver asset management-related initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions.
- The role involves planning, executing, and governing projects involving sales/marketing & distribution, investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation.
- The PM will coordinate with business, and IT teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and financial services domain knowledge are essential.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and vendors is preferred.
