Job Details
We are seeking an FP&A Manager to own forecasting, analysis, and reporting for headcount, salary, and benefits expenses across the organization. This role plays a key part in workforce planning by delivering data‑driven insights and improving scalable financial planning processes. Candidate must be able to work independently.
Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis- Lead financial analysis supporting workforce investments and headcount strategy
- Build scenario models for salary, benefits, and headcount planning
- Deliver decision support on strategic initiatives and operational challenges
- Analyze workforce spending trends and identify risks or opportunities
- Produce executive‑ready reports and financial insights
- Maintain accuracy across workforce financial models and reporting
- Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams on workforce planning initiatives
- Benchmark workforce spending and performance against industry standards
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements in workforce forecasting processes
- Lead multiple financial analysis initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Present insights to executive and non‑financial stakeholders
- Leverage Excel, Anaplan, SAP, and BI tools for reporting and analysis
- 8+ years of FP&A experience
- Experience working with SAP and BI/reporting tools
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Ability to work independently and own a key planning function while partnering cross‑functionally
