Director of Finance

An exciting pharma is looking for an experienced Finance Director to oversee their US finance operations. This is a hands‑on role reporting to the Head of Operations (US) and collaborating closely with the CFO in China
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage US finance operations including FP&A, compliance, tax, and budgeting.
• Drive cross-border financial reporting and alignment between US and global teams.
• Hands‑on controller role managing budget allocation, resource planning, and financial oversight.
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent finance processes and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience
  , with at least 3 years in a management role
  .
• Experience as a Finance Director or equivalent.
• Experience working with US and international/global companies
  .
• Background in pharma or biotech preferred but open to strong candidates from other industries.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, FP&A, compliance, and tax.
• Native Mandarin speaker based in Boston, MA
