Senior Manager International Tax

A nationally recognized Top 50 public accounting firm is seeking an experienced International Senior Tax Manager to join its growing International Tax practice. This is a strategic leadership role advising multinational corporations, private equity-backed companies, and high-growth businesses on complex cross-border tax matters.

• Lead and review complex international tax compliance and consulting engagements
• Advise clients on cross-border structuring, inbound and outbound transactions
• Provide technical expertise in areas including:
• Subpart F & GILTI
• FDII
• BEAT
• Transfer pricing coordination
• Manage ASC 740 international tax provisions
• Oversee preparation and review of Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, and related filings
• Support M&A transactions, global expansions, and restructuring projects
• Mentor and develop tax managers and senior associates
• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management

• CPA required (Master’s in Taxation or JD/LLM preferred)
• 8+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on international tax
• Deep technical knowledge of U.S. international tax law
• Experience managing teams and complex engagements
• Strong client-facing and advisory skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
