International PCS Senior Tax Manager

As an International PCS Senior Tax Manager, you will work closely with firm leadership to lead complex international private client tax engagements. This role focuses on client relationship ownership, technical leadership, and helping grow the international tax practice while progressing toward Partnership.

• Lead complex international private client tax engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients.
• Strengthen and manage key client relationships.
• Mentor and develop managers and staff.
• Drive practice growth and support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on long-term practice strategy.

• CPA, EA, or equivalent certification.
• Strong international private client tax experience.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.
• Experience managing complex engagements and mentoring teams.
• Interest in progressing toward Partnership.

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + 10% performance bonus
