Seasonal Teller Trainee Brighton

As a Seasonal Teller Trainee, you play an integral role in supporting our Retail branches during the summer months. You will work directly with our customers to support their banking needs by proactively exploring solutions and offering personalized advice that serves to develop and maintain relationships.

With a positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine desire to work with customers in a caring and empathetic way, you are responsible for providing efficient, effective, and courteous customer service while performing a variety of transactions. You are the friendly face of Rockland Trust, promoting our mission and helping customers navigate the world of banking.

Throughout the program, you will participate in structured training and gain valuable hands‑on experience in a retail banking environment. This role provides an opportunity to build your professional skill set, expand your network by collaborating with experienced banking professionals, and develop a strong foundation in customer service, financial operations, and relationship building.
