Senior Finance Associate – CLO

Company Overview

A leading global investment firm with approximately $215 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join their team. This role will focus on oversight and compliance for Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) and other fixed income funds.

• Oversight of accounting and financial statement preparation for funds investing in CLOs
• Interaction with tax accountants for tax returns and K-1’s / PFICs preparation
• Oversight of CLO Indenture compliance and financial reporting
• Daily analysis of investment activity and compliance reporting
• Monthly review of reconciliation with Trustee’s Indenture compliance reports
• Assist in the preparation of investor reports and requests
• Oversight of Credit Agreement compliance and reporting for CLO warehouses and credit facilities
• Close interaction with Portfolio Management, Operations, Investor Relations, and IT teams
• Propose and implement systematic solutions/efficiencies in compliance and accounting systems

• 3+ years of work experience in a rigorous environment, with prior experience in CLOs or structured products a plus
• Audit or tax experience in public accounting is a plus
• Strong Excel skills, including developing efficient templates
• Ability to decipher complex legal documents
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and energetic professional

Salary : $90,000 – $105,000, Plus Bonus
