Job SummaryThe Asset Management Operations Associate supports Cabot's Asset Management team across a range of analytical, operational, and reporting responsibilities, with a particular focus on valuations, investor reporting, and data-driven analysis. Reporting to the Vice President of Asset Management, this role plays an integral part in supporting the day-to-day operations of Cabot's global logistics real estate portfolio.
This position is well suited for an individual with exceptional Excel skills, a solid foundation and understanding of real estate, and an interest in institutional asset management. The associate will work closely with Asset Management, Investments, Investor relations, Accounting, and third-party service providers, supporting both recurring processes and ad hoc analytical initiatives that inform decision-making and investor communications.
Key Responsibilities Valuation & Financial Analysis- Build, maintain, and update property- and portfolio-level valuation models using Excel and Argus Enterprise.
- Support quarterly valuation and reforecasting processes, including data collection
