JOB DESCRIPTION
The Documentation and Registration Specialist is a member of the Foreign Investor Registration and Documentation Team in the Network Management Department. The Foreign Investor Registration and Documentation (FIRD) Team is responsible for managing the market investment approval and account opening processes for markets that require foreign investor registration and/or documentation requirements to open cash and securities accounts or avail of preferential tax treatment.
The FIRD Team members liaise with client servicing groups, external clients, and subcustodian providers to assist clients in completing the market requirements to enable investment in a timely, efficient manner.
The Documentation Specialist will assist team members with documentation processing and handling, database maintenance, and general departmental and team support functions. The position requires individuals with a high degree of initiative, organization, accuracy, and client service skills.
