Partner on strategic initiatives, including M& A evaluation, due diligence, deal analysis, and integration support.
Assess existing team structure, lead finance transformation efforts, and build a high-performing, scalable finance organization.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Previous CFO experience within a private‑equity-backed technology company.
Experience in both large-company finance environments and smaller/high-growth settings, with an understanding of how to mature early-stage finance functions.
Proven ability to scale geographically dispersed teams across accounting, FP& A, treasury, contracting/billing, and related functions.
Extensive experience leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting cadence, and strategic planning.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into operational performance.
Demonstrated success creating accountability and a culture of disciplined financial management.
Experience with pricing strategy, sales operations, and sales compensation design.
Ability to model financial scenarios, debate strategic options, and understand end markets and product strategies.
Experience in global, complex technology and manufacturing environments.
Deep understanding of revenue recognition rules and technical accounting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility at the Board level.
Ability to develop strong internal/external relationships that support organizational success.
