Requirements

What You Bring:

+ CPA designation (required) with 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus)

+ Prior Leadership, mentoring and development experience

+ Strong GAAP expertise, budgeting, cost control, and financial compliance knowledge

+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills

+ Proficiency with accounting systems and adaptable to evolving processes

+ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Competitive salary: $145,000-$155,000
