We’re looking for a Private Equity Operations Associate to join a growing, high-performing investment platform. This is a hands‑on role at the center of fund operations, portfolio support, and live transaction activity. You’ll work closely with investment professionals and finance partners to ensure deals move seamlessly from close through exit — gaining meaningful exposure across the full investment lifecycle.

• Support new platform investments, add‑on acquisitions, and exit transactions
• Manage day‑to‑day investment entity operations, including cash management, expense tracking, and reconciliations
• Coordinate capital activity such as capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• Assist with portfolio reporting, valuation processes, and audit preparation
• Partner with fund administrators, custodians, legal counsel, and tax advisors to ensure accurate records and compliance
• Onboard new investments into internal systems and streamline operational workflows
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance scalability and efficiency

• 3+ years of experience in private equity operations, fund accounting, investment operations, banking, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross‑functionally
