Private Equity Supervisor

• Lead audit and tax preparation processes
• Oversee Capital Calls, Distributions, and Allocations to investors
• Manage portfolio company financings and cash flow forecasting
• Prepare Quarterly Reports for Limited Partners
• Maintain investor data in fund administration systems
• Travel to client sites as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CPA preferred
• 3+ years in fund administration, direct fund operations, or public accounting for asset management clients
• Proven supervisory experience
• Experience in private equity or venture capital, partnership accounting knowledge a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills;
  Quick Books familiarity a plus
