Accounts Receivable​/Revenue Accounting Manager

This role will play a key leadership role in managing the A/R and revenue accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely collections, and process efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced private equity

• Oversee full‑cycle accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations
• Lead revenue accounting activities, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting in compliance with GAAP
• Manage, mentor, and develop a small A/R/revenue team to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Monitor customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely collections
• Partner with finance and operational teams to streamline billing and revenue processes
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes, including A/R and revenue reporting
• Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and audit compliance procedures
• Provide reporting and analysis on revenue, aging, and cash collections metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in accounts receivable, revenue accounting, or related finance functions, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition principles, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements in a fast‑paced environment
