Payroll Associate

We’re partnering with a fantastic organization on a search for a Payroll Associate who truly owns their process and takes pride in getting every detail right (because let’s be honest — payroll is serious business 💸).

If you’re someone who lives in UKG (Ulti Pro), enjoys balancing numbers, solving small mysteries in reports, and being the behind-the-scenes hero who makes sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time — this one’s for you.

• Running bi-weekly, multi-state payroll in UKG
• Auditing timecards, deductions, taxes, bonuses — all the moving pieces
• Partnering with HR & Finance to keep employee data clean and accurate
• Handling payroll questions with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting month-end reconciliations and year-end reporting (W-2s, etc.)
• Making sure everything is compliant and buttoned up

• UKG experience
• Multi-state payroll knowledge
• Detail-obsessed (in the best way)
• Someone who values accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork
