Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations for a high net worth family office, maintaining fully separate books across multiple entities, trusts, partnerships, and investment vehicles
- Oversee month‑end, quarterly, and annual close with preparation of consolidated and entity‑level financial statements
- Manage complex partnership accounting, capital activity, allocations, and investment reporting
- Coordinate extensively with external tax advisors on individual, trust, and partnership tax matters to support ultra‑high net worth families
- Direct treasury, liquidity planning, capital calls, distributions, and multi‑entity cash management
- Prepare comprehensive reporting packages for family principals including portfolio performance, cash flow forecasting, and wealth reporting
- CPA required
- 7+ years of progressive experience
- Experience in public accounting serving high net worth individuals and families (wealth management / private client services / family office tax and accounting)
- Demonstrated background advising ultra‑high net worth clients on complex entity structures, trusts, partnerships, and investment reporting
- Prior Family Office experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional discretion, executive presence, and ability to operate in a highly confidential, principal‑facing environment
