This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Boston, MA. The Financial Controller will oversee financial planning, reporting, and record-keeping. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing the accounting operations, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and offering insights to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves analyzing financial performance and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Deep understanding of Accounting principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
