SOX Analyst

• Coordinate and manage the company's SOX compliance efforts, including updates to business process controls and quarterly certification processes
• Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to maintain and update documentation related to Business Process internal controls
• Serve as a liaison between external auditors, internal auditors, and internal teams to coordinate annual walkthroughs and manage controls documentation requests
• Track control deficiencies and work with control owners to implement remediation plans
• Assist in designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) for new systems

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or public accounting, preferably with a public company
• Foundational understanding of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO framework, and leading business practices
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams

• Experience with Netsuite and Auditboard
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification (or progress toward certification)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
