- Review and input corporate action announcements from vendors, company filings, and depositories.
- Enter event details, client instructions, and payments into the Corporate Actions platform.
- Process class action events and agent confirmations.
- Communicate with clients regarding uninstructed positions and event deadlines.
- Reconcile positions, receivables, and payables to ensure accurate cash projections.
- Identify and elevate discrepancies or issues to senior team members.
- Support daily processing deadlines and contribute to team service goals.
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
