Senior Finance Associate – Partner Services

Company Overview

A leading global private investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Associate for their Partner Services Group. This role will support the complexity and diversity of internal investor relations and its portfolio.

• Manage the group’s central e-mail box and act as the point of contact for the team
• Interact with investors in a client service capacity
• Oversee credit facility processing and compliance
• Provide ad‑hoc services such as mortgage underwriting assistance and account opening
• Assist with the development and maintenance of systems and applications
• Develop and maintain procedural documents and manage investor‑related forms
• Manage banking relationships, including setting up new accounts and maintaining records

• 3+ years of experience in operations, family office, or investor relations in financial services
• Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance organizational performance
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Creative problem‑solving ability and sound judgment
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000, Plus Bonus
