What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on new and existing suppliers, evaluating factors such as financial stability and regulatory compliance
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supplier risk data to identify potential risk exposures
  • Document and escalate high‑risk findings to appropriate stakeholders
  • Track and follow up on remediation items, corrective action plans, and risk mitigation activities
  • Maintain and update supplier profiles and risk classifications in the Risk Management System
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supplier risk management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound risk judgment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CISA, CRISC, CISM) are a plus
  • Comfort using or willingness to learn workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint, Power

    BI)
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
