Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Mortgage Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in financing commercial real estate acquisitions and developments, as well as assisting them in underwriting their properties and developments. You will provide guidance general business, industry-specific and financial sourcing advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in financing commercial real estate acquisitions and developments.
  • Assist clients in underwriting their properties and developments.
  • Identify and generate new client relationships. Manage existing client relationships.
  • Evaluation of financial statements, tax returns, development pro forma and other financial information.
  • Guidance concerning and/or assistance in the negotiation of the financing terms and conditions.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date on local commercial property and financing trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and other industry professionals.
  • Participate in networking events and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Providing general business, industry-specific and financial sourcing advice to clients.
    • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial mortgage lending.
  • Existing client relationship preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local commercial property market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
