Vaco has partnered with our client to hire an experienced Investor Relations Analyst to provide high-level support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a central point of contact for investor and consultant inquiries, coordinating timely and accurate responses across internal teams
  • Prepare and distribute investor-facing materials, including due diligence requests, investment summaries, capital call and distribution notices, tax documents, and standard communications
  • Support planning and execution of advisory board meetings and annual investor meetings
  • Proactively identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and workflow
  • Provide backup coverage for Investor Relations team members as needed
  • Maintain and update investor records, including contact information, wiring instructions, and advisor details
  • Support CRM and investor portal usage to fulfill ad hoc data and reporting requests
  • Assist with investor onboarding and transfer processes in coordination with internal stakeholders and external legal partners, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
  • Collaborate over time with analytics, finance, and operations teams to support reporting, analysis, and process enhancements
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience; finance or investor relations experience preferred
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with private equity, CRM systems, or alternative investment databases is a plus

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
